This week I had the most emotional and worthwhile appointment of my career. A few weeks ago, a complete stranger performed the most beautiful act of kindness, dropping off a pair of top of the range hearing aids at my clinic. I understand how annoying it can be having your ears blocked with wax. I also understand that once it's built up to a really significant level,you will feel like ENOUGH IS ENOUGH and it needs to be removed from your ears NOW.
