Since training as an Audiologist at The University of Manchester & within the NHS nearly a decade ago, I have been privileged to have a highly varied career.
I have been employed by and consulted for 2 of the World's best hearing device manufacturers (Starkey and Widex, respectively) providing clinical training and mentoring to Audiologists both in the public and private sectors in addition to university students in the early stages of their careers.
In the NHS I have worked as Senior Audiologist for both adults and paediatrics across the UK.
Where possible, I like to merge my hobbies with clinical practice, and so with a background in music (attending music college) and watersport, my profession has allowed me to do just that, especially when it comes to the provision of hearing protection and education.
I hope that my extensive clinical experience will provide you with a unique and considered approach to your audiological healthcare, giving you the feeling that you are absolutely in safe & caring hands.
Everything I do will be tailor made to you, where I will ensure that no matter who you are, we will always have time on our side so that you can be on the receiving end of the best clinical practice possible. If I feel something is beyond my scope of practice and that you may benefit from alternate intervention, I have a multidisciplinary team on hand to refer you to for further assessment and treatment.
In addition to my clinical work, I create and run workshops surrounding hearing health as well as coaching those or working with those with hearing loss.
